There are 3 types of loans that Finverra Capital offers: Secured Business Loans (Loan Against Property), Home Loans, and Supply Chain Finance.

Home Loan: ₹5 Lacs — ₹30 Lacs
Supply Chain Finance: ₹1 Lac — ₹30 Lacs
Secured Business Loan (LAP): Upto 180 Months
Home Loan: Upto 180 Months
Supply Chain Finance: 30 – 90 Days
To apply for a loan, applicant and co-applicant(s) must meet: Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen. Age: Between 21 and 65 years. Creditworthiness: Bureau score as per the specific product program. Each loan product may have additional eligibility parameters detailed in the respective product information documents.
Minimum required documents include: KYC documents of applicant and co-applicant(s), Bank statement(s), Proof of income, Property ownership proof (for LAP), and Photograph affixed on the application form. Product-specific documentation requirements may vary.

The process involves: (i) eligibility assessment, (ii) credit review, (iii) document verification, (iv) property title search and valuation, (v) sanction, & (vi) disbursement. The entire process is typically completed in less than 7 days, post submission of complete and accurate documentation submission and satisfactory verifications.
No, a guarantor is not required. You can access credit independently without relying on others. For enhanced eligibility, we may consider a family member (such as a spouse or parent) as a co-applicant.

Our preferred mode is NACH (National Automated Clearing House) for seamless EMI deductions. You can also pay via: Auto-Debit: EMI automatically debited on due date. Online bank transfer or UPI payment. If not registered for auto-debit, you can register through our Customer Portal or use secure payment links sent via SMS/email.
Your EMI due date is fixed on the 5th of every month. Please ensure sufficient balance before the due date. Yes, you can change your EMI due date subject to available options for your loan product. Applicable charges will be levied for processing the change.
Yes, you can pre-close (foreclose) your loan as per the terms of your loan agreement with Finverra Capital Pvt. Ltd. A Pre-closure/Foreclosure fee will be applicable as specified in your loan agreement's Terms & Conditions.
Yes, you may apply for an additional loan subject to meeting eligibility criteria. A top-up loan allows existing borrowers to access additional funds without going through the entire process again. It can be used for business expansion, renovation, medical/education expenses, or other needs. Eligibility is assessed based on repayment history, credit score, and product parameters.
A credit score is a three-digit number (300—900) reflecting your creditworthiness. To improve it: Pay EMIs and bills on time, keep credit utilization below 30—40%, avoid frequent loan applications, maintain a healthy credit mix, and check your report regularly for errors. A score of 750+ is considered strong and improves your chances of loan approval with better terms.

Once all EMIs are paid, your Loan Completion Letter (NOC) will be available on our Customer Portal after 15 working days from loan closure. Visit www.finverracapital.com, login with your Loan Account Number, verify via OTP, and select Download NOC. Alternatively, email customercare@finverracapital.com.
For Property Loans: Receive Loan Closure Certificate/NOC and original property documents. Approach Registrar/Sub-Registrar's office to remove mortgage entry.
To update your contact details: Write to customercare@finverracapital.com with your active loan account details and attach valid identity/address proof. After verification, your details will be updated within 15 working days.
